Tried this out with some friends and got the chicken enchiladas suizas which were a bit on the acidic side due to the tomatillo sauce but I just scrapped some off and it was still good. The queso was absolutely delicious and though the food was fine enough I'd go back just for that. Chicken was cooked nicely but i do prefer pulled rather than chunks in an enchilada. They also carry Mexican sparkling water which was delicious (many brands are flat at opening). Id go back and try something new

I joined others in my meetup group here. The leader had called ahead, and our table was ready by the time we arrived. The restaurant is bright and appears clean. It seems they have a lot of takeout orders, but the restaurant was fairly full with dine-in customers as well. The prices are extremely reasonable. I ordered a spinach quesadilla. It was super cheesy. If you don't like cheese, this is not for you. It was tasty, but next time, I would ask for my quesadilla to be browned. Actually, I would order the lobster enchiladas. The lady who sat next to me raved about them, and she cleaned every bit of her plate. The gentleman who served us was pleasant and efficient. He gave warning and made sure he had our attention when hot plates were incoming. I would return here when I'm in the Gainesville area again. Hopefully I would have room for dessert next time.

Still my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The standard chips and salsa are excellent and complementary. I still prefer Chun's jalapeño dip and chips , but this red salsa is probably my favorite of all the restaurants in Gainesville. We typically come for lunch, and the lunch fajitas are probably the best deal in town. They give you a ton of food, rice, beans, and the typical pico, sour cream, and guacamole. Seasoning on the meat is wonderful.

Tried this restaurant per recommendation from coworkers and foods were superb and served hot, which I loved. What makes this place even better is the friendliness and attentiveness of the servers who were always checking on you even without you having to ask for things. I know I definitely missed out on this hidden gem place but will definitely come back for more!

Linda Vista is a staple in my boyfriend and I's dinner rotation. It's always friendly, quick service no matter how busy they are! We sat immediately and had food within 20 mins. I got chicken palapa ($13.75- grilled chicken with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, cheese, rice, and beans). My boyfriend got hawaiin fajitas ($22.75- Steak, shrimp, pineapple, peppers, onions, toppings on the side, rice, and beans) and a Dos Equis especial ($6.25). Everything tasted amazing, and came with free chips and salsa. This is a safe bet for good Mexican!

Super authentic mexican place with great service, good priced food, and a great ambiance. Very unsuspecting for the food quality. Once seated they bring you chips and salsa, with a delicious salsa (better than other restaurants i've had) and warm chips. I got the burrito campechano which came with the traditional rice and beans alongside with a pico de gallo, sour cream, and delicious guacamole on top. Everything on the plate was delicious and for $12 it was definitely worth it. I also got to try the arroz con pollo which had greatly seasoned and cooked chicken alongside a delicious melted cheese on top. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to switch up their typical mexican restaurants, I absolutely loved it!
